RSS feeds not feeding

I have set my RSS feeds to check every 12 hours.. As of 3 days ago the "last checked" has not changed. Fter clicking "run scheduled task now" nothing updates. Any suggestions?

Nothing changed. It only worked one time. However the next post might be on to something

I set a minimum of 5 because I thought it was what it would grab every time it was supposed to check for updates. Is that wrong? I will remove that and see what happens. Thank you both

Ok, I just removed and tried it. Nothing. When I click th erun now button, this is what I get.

Take a screen shot of your settings please? Maybe we can figure out if you set something wrong.

And, of course, check the output of the feed you're trying to import.

I figured out what it was.
Even when you click "run now", if there is no new news it doesnt registar that it checked. Only if there is news to be posted does it say it was checked.
