Style manager

I'm changing the colours in the Style Manager but I can't figure out what description belongs to the bar that has 'User CP - Help - Chat - Members List - New Posts - Quick Links - Log Out'.

I of course can change colour by colour to figure it out, but if someone knows it, I would be much obliged! :)
