Hello simple, i set in admin cp date time gmt+4
then i remove timezone offset in registration ( i thought all ppl in my forum are +4 then no need to set up a time, simply i remove the timezone set) then new member register, got the GMT+0 (by default)

can i set +4 by default ?
i did in admincp, but remove timezone set in register.php make it appeared as gmt+0
where to set+4 as by default, so i can safe remove the timezone off from register.php. thanks

I am pretty sure that when you first go to register, the default timezone set in the registration form is the same as what you entered into the admin cp. So, why not just leave that there? If you don't want them to change it, I suppose you could just add in a hidden input field (google "form hidden input") and enter the default timezone in there.

super correct, this is because i want to use quick registration, then cannot have timezone code as well, i set up +4 right in the admincp, but if no option about timezone, then it always go to +0 (ignore the one i set in admincp)
Lynne, where to edit the timezone+4 ? thank you for helping us everyday =)

I don't know anything about the quick register mod, but you need to add a line like this into the form if you want it to default to +4.

<input type="hidden" name="timezoneoffset" value="4">

(I think that is correct, you should double check by looking at your page source.)

He was modifying a form and I was simply giving him a line to add to his form.
