Database Help

Alright, i need some help with a databse. The Database is from my old VB board, it's around 130mb large. I want to upload the database to my computers server ''WAMP'' how would i go about doing that? I have my VB board installed on my home server, MYSQL all set up etc. How would i go about uploading it and making it show on my board, please be as simple as possible, as i am new at uploading and installing Databases. Thank you. :)

That doesn't really help me, i have no idea what half of that means.

What does this mean: Telnet/SSH into machine2.?

Where do i type the commands?

It's very confusing. Can someone simplify it for me? Thanks.
