Announcements on the index page?

I see there are forum index announcements i.e. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=168240&highlight=announcement for 3.7 and 3.6 but I do not find any for 3.8 are there, therefore is there a 3.8 or is there a way to do this by editing forum style?:confused:

Did you try using teh 3.7 version? Very often it will work.
