Was there any hack when it comes to warning/or warned a member?
Its like a modifications in which you can warned him/her til 3x something like that,and after that, a ban will be given.

Are you talking about Infractions? That is default vBulletin.

I don't know - you can do a search.

I think users can see which infractions they get on their profile page (member.php) - no? I must admit that I'm not real familiar with infractions because we don't do them on my site.

I can confirm that users see their infractions in their usercp, the member page, and in the thread they got the infraction and you can set it up to they will see it in all their post. "Infractions 1"

My members get a PM as well which is usually what they notice first.
