When viewing google search results, for vbulletin run forum results, I notice:

Under the actual URL. is
14 posts - 6 authors


some even have a date like:

6 posts - 3 authors - Last post: 4 Mar

Example:

I-net on your phone for twitter? - Allo' Anysite Malaysia
6 posts - 3 authors - Last post: 4 Mar
Expatriates discussion forum by Allo' Anysite Malaysia. Expatriate board for traveler, expatriates or Malaysian. Chat, discuss, Dating & meet ...

Please can someone explain how google indeed index and display this, so that we may try and implement it.

Please can someone explain how google indeed index and display this, so that we may try and implement it.Google been doing that for a while now when returning some forums in search results. There is nothing you can do - they do it algorithmically.

Im not entirely sure its "algorythmic"

I would have said its something to do with update repitition.
