Combine datastore-handlers?

Hi,

Im administering a customers server who is running vBulletin as forum software.

I read a little about performance and heard that there is support for several - as u call it - datastores.

I want to know if it is possible to combine them. I want to combine memcached with eaccelerator.

Can I do it and if yes, how?
