New hosting provider needed

Need some help locating a new hosting provider..

Godaddy has gotten to expensive and the 1and1.com support sucks! they couldnt even get me a "outta the box" working server to support VB.

kept sending my to plesk knowledge bases answers that never fixed the problem so after 1 week 1 cancelled that but need a new place.

Any ideas?
