Ok, I'm sure this is obvious but for some reason I can't figure it out...

Social groups... we experimented with these a little several months ago... now I'm trying to start using them again, but when I go create a new social group, it gives me an error message saying I can't create more than one... Thing is, I've created a handful or so... I looked at social group options in ACP and don't see any option to limit how many someone can create. What am I over-looking here?

It's in the Usergroup Manager that you set the number of groups a person may create.

I checked and don't see anything that involves limiting the number allowed to create.

Thing is, I've created a half dozen or more without any issue... The other admin and I never changed anything...

You might want to ask about this over in the 3.7 vb.com forums. I really don't know 3.7 at all since I skipped it on our site (went straight from 3.6 to 3.8).

Well my coder buddy took a look and apparently there was a mod installed on our site that limits social groups to 1 per person. I don't remember installing it, asking for it installed, or the other admin even discussing it.

So, I'll just chalk that one up to "unsolved mysteries" and just disable it.
