Is there a mod for the 3.8 that would allow the member to dispute an infraction by clicking a link or a picture?

AND is there a mod where after a member registers they are directed to a "welcome new members" thread I have created?

Well, does your site automatically PM the user when they receive an infraction? If so, they can always just click "reply"... that's what my users do... a lot.... :(

I noticed that option in the User Infraction options but I dont know if its sent to Email or PM. How do I check which one it is?
