Can I change the navbar title for "Experince" Menu?

I am using the Experience Mod on 3.8.1 and we have a separate tab up in the navbar for Experience.

Well we would love to be able to change the title to something that better fits our purpose with it. Is there a way to do this? It's not in the navbar template.
