Submit Button Placement

Is it possible to insert a "submit reply" button directly under the typed message when you are in the "advanced post" mode so we don't have to scroll past all of the icons? I know you can do quick reply and not use icons at all but it would be nice to have one up under the box so you can not have to scroll down to post.
