Is there a way to see who tagged the thread

I have a few users who are abusing the tagging system. i don't want to have to prevent users from using this. I searched in the tag options hoping there was a way for an admin to view who left tags. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Edit the tags and hover over the tag and you will see the name of the person who added it.
