When a users votes in a poll it redirect to a thread

Hello iu have a problem, when a user votes in a poll, it is redirected to a specific thread. How do i fix this?? it always redirect to the same thread.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

It start to happen after i upgrade to 3.8.1

So perhaps a modification doesn't work with 3.8.1. Default 3.8.1 does not have this behavior. So, check your modifications first.
