View Full Version : Forgot pass of Licensed Acc. And i get no support.

Allright.
I think it's been long enough now.
I've sent several email's to vBulletin team.


My Licensed account
is " firstpimp " .

Yes im licensed.
I forgot my password after a reformat,
And i tried to contact you guys with the message and a
good explanation.

I got one reply, from the 10 mails sent.
Which said " log in to the members area "
Then i said, HOW, if i don't know my pass.

Think i ever got a reply back? Dont think so.

Sent about 5.


Allright here's my problem.

I lost my password due to a reformat,
And i can't recover it.
Which has a good reason.

My old site: expl0ited.ws / expl0ited.info
is down now. My webmail was on there,
And i registered with that email.

So i can't do anything with my account anymore?
Since i get no support and other options then those arent existing,
So i ask it here once again.

If you think it's not my account, Check my IP.
IP's logged into firstpimp and whatever you can find on it.

So i request a password change, orcontact with a administrator.

Asking here does no good since we can't do a thing about it (we have nothing to do with the licensing system). You need to send an email to sales@vbulletin.com to get help with this.

I think the only thing you can do at this point is validate your current username and make sure you always keep the email addy up-to-date this time.

I checked the member list here and didn't see an account for firstpimp unless its in a usergroup that wouldn't show on it.

edit: nevermind, I could see it by sending a pm and such.

Here's the thing.
I didnt lose my License.
I just, Lost, My Password.

From THIS forum.

All i need is a passchange.

So search for firstpimp,
check my ip and other info to see its mine,
and then can we change it?

I didnt lost anything but my password which was saved in firefox.

If you only lost your forum password, then you can request a password reminder at https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/login.php?do=lostpw

Otherwise see post #7.

PS You can open a ticket any way you want, from the Members' Area or by email to support@vbulletin.com or sales@vbulletin.com.

He can't do the request a password because the email is pointing to his old site which is no longer around.

Email Marco at one of the emails he posted. Reference this thread. I'm sure he can help you get it sorted out.

All i was told was to go to the members area and reset the password.

You can either keep repeating the same and get the same answers all the time, or you can just do as suggested in post #7.

I have read your posts in this thread, and if you would have done what i suggested, your issue would have been resolved by now. If you would open such a ticket now, you will probably not get a response until tomorrow as it is now the end of my working day.
