Private messages (save all the time)

There is an option in profile:

When sending private messages the forum can make a copy of the message in your Sent Items folder.
*Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default

How to make this default for all users on board?

So that the option is on and that messages are saved in sent items.

Bump, need this ASAP

I'm running 3.8.1 PL1. I have the checkbox for the "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" checked for all new User Registrations, but my users are telling me they don't have the Sent Items folder.

Any help on this one is much appreciated.

Search is your friend. Save sent messages by default:

But be aware - this will likely lead to everyone's quota filling almost instantly. You'll soon be looking for a way to turn it off by default.

my users are telling me they don't have the Sent Items folder.Your users will tell you lots of things. The question is: When you log into your own normal user test account, do you have the folder?
