vb mod - Casino - Please help.

I installed the Casino mod from vbgaming which brought me here to download. I installed it correctly, I know its on vbulletin because each member now has a Casino Cash field. I even searched in phrases and Casino appears in control page. Well, the problem I am having is after installing the XML, it tells me to go to the lottery setting in AdminCP. Well, I do not have an Lottery setting, or I can't find it. Anyone know where I can find it? Also casino.php doesnt even appear. http://forums.BlackberryOS.com/forums/casino.php and as you can tell, nothing is there. i wrote in the forum with that particular download but no one has helped. I also noticed that it was a 3.6 mod add on. Im using vb3.8, it should still work?

Any help please will be greatly appreciated?
