renaming something in the navbar??

I dont want FAQs so, i know have FAQ pointing somewhere else. But, I want to rename the FAQ text and some others (i.e User CP).

been messing around for hours i dont seem to be able to rename the words in the navbar?
any help?

They are phrases. Do a Search in Phrases for them and edit them there.
