PM Notfication not working?

On the default them the green flashing thing for PM's works fine, but not in any of the other themes, and I think it was built into the forum itself, so not sure how I go about turning it on for all themes?

You need to apply the modification you did to the templates in the other styles.

This is a modification, so if you need help with it, you should post in the modification thread.
