error link quicklinks

hi i have an problem if i click on the quick links button i get this link and get no links options :

http://www.yoursite/forum/?nojs=1#usercptools
and i get this option if a click that link :

?nojs=Open Contacts Popup

any fix for this ?

get also this error in exploder for vbulletin :
ps i remove the real url link
so i cant not use smilies anymore and not make a new tread also in ie 5 & 7 + firerfox getting this error and chat not working anymore still on loading and if i get an message then i get security mismatch

What do you have set in vboptions > server settings > use remote yui? If you have none set, verify you uploaded those files in clientscript/yui and they are all readable.

I am getting similar messages - I don't know if these started when I upgraded to 3.8.2 or when I recently added a new menu bar for navigation back to our main site. Any help is really appreciated.

vboptions > server settings > use remote yui? is set to none but I've made sure that these two files are in the clientscript/yui folder and are readable. I'm still getting the errors.
