Invite only on 3.8.1??

I want to make my forum an "invite only" forum where the members may invite someone. Only once they receive the invite may they register. Is there a way to do this?

One quick way it to use the question and answer verification system, then post the question on the forum for members to see. Change it up as needed.

There is one I believe called 'Advanced Registration' in the 3.8 mod area. You can set how many invites each users gets etc.. I think it is from Cyb.
