I don't think I've ever heard of a mod called "Information Center". The link highlighted on the side says Rules. I have seen a mod called something like Advanced Rules. Try doing a search on "rules" in "all mods" "titles only"

no i have that and i don't like it the one i want is like a info.php file that u can custommiz it but i don't know u do that forum the inside of ur c panel or u have to code the php file

Anyway, it looks like a pretty standard "knowledge base". I wonder if the Help Desk mod has what you're looking for.

it says MAD--DOG, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Yeah, none of the images are visible for me either, I think something is wrong with the attachments. But you could try installing it on a test board to see if it's got what you need.

It's a old modification, for 3.0!

Don't know why, but on vb.org nobody can download the old stuff

Look at GTCustom pages - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=108583&highlight=gtcustom, this will give you a rules section, about us, privacy policy, terms of service, etc, and you can change things to what you want and need. Even though its for 3.5 it works fine on 3.8.1

It's a old modification, for 3.0!
