My forum www.decentdiscussions.com is appearing very messy in Internet Explorer 6.0 and other versions as well.

I have only IE 6 but many other members have also complaint that it is not appearing fine in other IE versions.

Can anyone please guide me how can I fix it?

Or if you know any person who can fix it please mention his name.

Thanks for your help.

IE 6 is a very outdated browser, I would reccommend that you urge your users to switch to IE 7 or 8, or even firefox/ opera.

As to your problem, it is likely that your site is using coding (CSS, XHTML) that is new, and unsupported in IE6

Actually, it looks like it's an issue with a tag in the postbit not being closed somewhere. Let me see if I can find it.

OK, it seems I was right. Try this...

In your postbit template find...

<!-- CARP --!>Change this to...

<!-- CARP -->The problem is that the original portion is not a valid comment tag. Firefox and a lot of other browsers will automatically correct for this, IE will not.

OK, I will tell my coder friend about it.

Let see if it solves the problem :)

Thank you very much for your help. I will update here about the issue.

No problem, glad I could help. Just tested it on IE6 and everything displays correctly.
