Change navbar, and add drop down.

I have a fresh VB installed, and I need some help.

I would like to add some links to navbar and user CP (drop down) like here.

How do I do that?

Is there an option to edit in AdminCP?

Or is there a mod for that?

well for navbar go to your cpadmin , display and search for navbar, and here you will be able to edit it
