Spam problem Premissions or something else?

I am getting spammed like crazy of this IP: 194.8.75.192 he reged like 100 users and its posting Viagra and other crap.

I dunno how he is doing this since none of his emails are valid so he couldn't have activated his account but he still manages to make posts.

Help please..

Bann the IP if its always the same IP...

Also search the modifcations section for mods that help in stoppping spam bots from registering
