[Solved ] Looking for a welcome user mod.

I'm looking for a welcome user mod for 3.7.4
When a new person joins up, I'd like it
to post a welcome message to the user in
the "new members" forum.
Please advise and thanks.

I've coded a mod and released it on vbgo(vbulletin germany)
