Well, short for the moment, but it will grow! ;)
First Question: Forums Home Page Options - Display Logged in Users?
There are in essence 2 variables:
show none, show members or show all
alphabetical or random listing
Show none requires less resources than showing it at all, and show random list less than alphabetical list.
But does showing only members require significantly less loads than show all? And would it improve SEO?

1. Removing it all together removes a query, listing it in alpha order also removes a sort, the more users it has to display or sort into alpha order, the more it will eat resources.
2. Displaying the user names isn't going to do anything for SEO, i would suggest you do some reading on what SEO is and what it does.

Phrased my question poorly. I was wondering if all the member names would reduce SEO as it would add a lot of irrelevant names and code to the page in addition to the relevant forum names and descriptions. But based on your answer conserning resources, I'll chose show for members only.
Thanks,
Sverre.

Using a robot.txt file to block checking the members profile page would stop the bots from viewing the content, so they should ignore the "irrelevant names" of having those displayed, it shouldn't degrade it.

Spam Management - Anti-Spam Service
I have enabled Akismet, and added the key I got when signing up for a Wordpress account. Set the Spam Scanning Post Threshold at 7.
Now, how does this work? What are the indications that Akismet is actually working? How am I notified if something is identified as spam? And last but not least, any smart ideas about the scanning post threshold?
Cheers,
Sverre.

In addition to the question above: How do I limit the number of Albums a user can have? I would prefer if the users didn't have more than one album each.

Anyone? I'm especially interested in knowing if there's a possibility to limit the number of albums?
