Post Reporting

does anyone know how to change the time limit on this, Post Reporting is set now for every 60 seconds, would like to able to change this and can this be done for different user groups thanks

yeah i know that mod but i want to reset time option cant find where to change that

It is set from vboptions > message posting > time between posts
