Removing instant messaging area of member profiles

How can I turn off all references to aim, yahoo, msn, etc. in member profiles? I have disabled it via the control panel, but an area for all of these instant messengers, etc., still appears when members view member profiles. How can I remove the section completely? Thank you

You can remove it from the template. To find the template to edit - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.
