On the login screen. What part of the templates is this line of text in.

"The administrator may have required you to register before you can view this page."

That's in a phrase, not a template

Log into your AdminCP and go to Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Enter "admin_required_register" in the search box, and select "Search in.... Phrase Variable Name Only" below

The name of the phrase you need to edit is admin_required_register
