Help Centre/Support Ticket System
This is something that I have always thought would be handy. Have it so that users can submit support tickets, and they can then view their current support tickets in their User CP. The Admins then have a section in their Admin CP where they can reply to support tickets. The User and admin can also close support tickets, and also an option for moderators to reply and view the tickets as well.
Post your views on it here, and I hope that someone will make it :)
