Little issue with smilies & PMs

Hi all,

I got two little issues and may be someone could help with a tip?

1) Smilies - by default I got only 11 - is there a way I can increase the number, in other words in their a way to add some more?

2) I found out that some users are able to start using their pm feature straight away after resgistering on my forum - is there a way from somehow disabling the pm feature until after they have posted a minimum of 3 posts and then the pm feature gets activated by itself?

1) vboptions > message post interface > smiliebox total smilies

2) There are mods for that. Do a search. Or, use the usergroups to do it.
