Please help tables crashing

I have these certain tables that just keep crashing over and over. I do not know what to do, is there anyone who can help me?

When I go to repair and optimize the tables I get these messages on a few of them:

cz1adminlog Check Error: Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `cz1adminlog`" to fix it!

cz1guest Check Error: Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `cz1guest`" to fix it!

cz1user Check Error: Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `cz1user`" to fix it!

Try using phpMyAdmin or the commandline to repair these tables. Otherwise try asking your host.

You think it could have something to do with the host?

They told me I need more resources so I upgraded the server, but it hasnt done any good.
