New UserGroup Promotions.

I have set up a new user group for members who reach 15 posts to be promoted to this new usergroup. Now after hitting 15 posts ... these users are experiencing a HUGE delay in the time of the promotion, the switch of usergroup can take almost 20-30 minutes to change over.....! is there a way to make this process faster?

I think the promotions script just runs once an hour. Check your Scheduled Tasks Manager.
