vBulletin Database Error

I've received 8 emails entitled vBulletin Database Error! They are all very similar, however, the thing is, they are not for me.

Database error in vBulletin :

mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Access denied for user 'tori_tori'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

That isn't my domain. Is there a way for me to check if my license is being used on another site?

You could submit the site to Piracy and have them check to see if it's legit.

it looks like they are using IPS rather then vbulletin?

a little strange that you would get that e-mail?
