Is there a plugin that will work with vb 8.1, that will show a referal ID in a users User CP?

Do you mean a referral URL to give people? Or the ID of the person that referred the user?

It's easy.


forums.php?referrerid=USERIDNUMBER


Where USERIDNUMBER is the ID number of the user who will be the referrer. You can access that with $vbulletin->userinfo[userid].
