vboptions > message posting and interface options > enable clickable message formatting controls

Now how do I make it default for all members?

Maintenance > exectue sql query > select it from the dropdown > continue. Make sure you have given yourself permission to execute queries in your config.php file (see the manual for help). Also, for new registered users, set the option in vboptions > user reg options

Thanks, i already have the vboptions, user registration things set, i just needed the sql thing.
