Invisible users showing up as invisible to everyone!

Every user on my forum can see which users are invisible when they're on, which sort of defeats the whole purpose. I don't know why. How can I fix this?

usergroup manager > select the usergroup > Can 'See' Users Who Have Chosen to be Invisible While Online > No. Make sure you also do that for secondary usergroups too.
