Language problem

I do have English and Turkish languages installed on my forum. Turkish is the default language. But when i try to translate some missing (or new products) phrases to Turkish nothing happens.

In Admin Panel it seems translated, in forum i still can only see the original phrase but not the translated one even "Turkish" is choosen through Language Selector.

Thanks in advance for all kind of advises and helps...

Can you provide some screenshots as it is hard to troubleshoot only based on the above description.
