Google Analyitics - self referring site?

I have Google Analytics set up on both my forums. Under the referring sites for one forum, the forum itself is the top referrer. Why is GA counting the site itself as being its own referrer?

Yes I am having the same problem. Running 4.2.2. I think it first started to happen when I may have messed around with my site URL/name/contact details section. I have tried putting it back and tried many combinations but no luck. Could it be that or something else?

Please help.
