Top Uploaders In Month X

Cyb released a modification called 'Cyb - Top Posters In Month X', it would be great if someone would create a modification that would do 'Top Uploaders In Month X' based on how many attachments the user had made.

I looked at cyb script and im sure it could be altered to use uploaders but i dont know if that is allowed plus i dont have the knowledge to do it anyway.

I know this mod has been requested a few times before so i think people would use it.
