Video Upload Fails - Security Token Missing

I try to upload a video file in, as an attachment, in a post and get this error message.
What do I need to do? Thanks.
I want the locally hosted video file to play in the post, is there a better way to do this than to upload it as an attachment?

You will have to find out what hack/addon you installed that is causing the issue, please reference the hacks you ahve installed on your site and make sure they are up2date.

I've noticed this error also seems to be displayed if you try to upload a file bigger than your php max upload file size.

Is there a way to change the file upload size in the control panel?

You'll need to do it with a php.ini or .htaccess file depending on your host.

Quick question. Are your attachments stored in mysql (database) or in the filesystem?

If they are stored in the database try moving them into the filesystem.

How do I know if my files are stored in the DB or in the file system? Is there a setting for this in vBulletin?

This ended up not being the fix for a similar issue I was working on at the time. But since you ask, you can find your storage type by logging into your admincp, opening up the attachments navigation in the left frame, and clicking attachment storage type in there.

you can make attachments hosted in a files instead of hosted them in sql server

Should I go for DB storage or file-storage?
What is most likely to work well?
