vbSEO Sitemap Generator

Hello

can some one help me please, i am running vbulletin 3.8.1 and i have installed vbSEO sitemap generator 2.5

when i click on run sitemap generator this error msg comes.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 88627229 bytes) in /home/content/j/a/g/jaguarxtype/html/forums/vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_sitemap_functions.php on line 1537

Please help me to fix this issue.
