Edits for the forum closed page

I want to know if we can edit the closed forum page and if we can which template do I edit. The current closed forum page is too plain and I would like to spice it up a bit with more information on what exactly is going on with the forums.

To find the template to edit - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.
