How do I get an image to automatically resize?

Hi. People are posting giant pics of their desktops on my forums. How do I get it to automatically resize so it doesn't go off the screen?

the'yre not attachments. they're [img] tags from tinypic.

I'm sure one of them is compatible with 3.8, you shouldn't just assume that mods written for 3.7 are restricted to that version.
