Im pretty sure thats a free template. Or atleast low cost, one of my buddies is using it. I'll see if I can find out where he got it for you.

it was converted long time ago into vbulletin ...if i remember right it was not hard cause most of the sizes matched. Plus it is free and you can modify it .
