My Admin Account got hacked

Yesterday my account was hacked by this email hk-r @ live. com and someone named Mr.Kahlid.
He then went to my admincp and deleted my whole database. right now i have everything backed up and running. My hosting is with lunarpages.I have a website and a community forum.
Now i am very worried what if it happens again and how shd i avoid this. I am not computer savvy and i know i did not install any new scripts.
My website sells items for childrens and wonder why this happened to me.
Any suggestions to take precautions?

I'd talk to your host (soon! cuz they probably don't save logs!) and see if they have the access_logs and if they can help you find out exactly how they did this.
