admin/mod post color

is there a way i can set the post color for admin/mods to red as default. also is the a way to hane the color of the bg were the avatars appear for admin/mods?

Do a search in this forum for "admin*" in "titles only" cuz this has been covered before. Someone may have even finally written it up as a mod.
