No popup with new PM?

Hi,

I don't know why but i don't get a popup when people receive a new PM.
The setting looks to be good:

Selecting 'Yes' for this option will cause the system to check the private message database every time a user loads a page, and will display a visible prompt if a new message has just been saved. --> YES

How can this be fixed?

You don't get a popup, the person who receives the private message gets the popup.

To troubleshoot this, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

@Marco: so i made a new style with no parent. And chose this one to test it, but still i got no popup. What seems to be the problem? And how do i fix this??
